Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery time after processing: varies by carrier and destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. ALVANDCO is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately through our Contact page with your order number.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out through our Contact page. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Estimated delivery times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
