Handmade, garment-dyed, printed, embroidered, natural-material, or small-batch products may have minor differences. These reasonable variations are not necessarily defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.

ALVANDCO is not responsible for damage caused by:

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless there was an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other order costs will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total displayed at checkout.

Payment processing may be handled by Shopify Payments or another third-party payment provider. We do not directly control a payment provider’s authorization, processing, or security decisions.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

After an order is placed, you may receive an automated confirmation email. This email confirms that we received the order request but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped.

We may limit, reject, or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including:

The product is unavailable.
Inventory information was incorrect.
The payment could not be authorized.
The billing or shipping information appears inaccurate.
We identify suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
A product or price was displayed incorrectly.
The order appears intended for unauthorized resale.
We cannot safely or lawfully fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled amount.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after being placed.

Contact support@alvandco.co as soon as possible to request a cancellation, address correction, size change, or other modification.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after submission. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their order details and shipping address are correct before completing checkout.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and on applicable product pages.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When an unexpected fulfillment delay occurs, we will take appropriate action as required by applicable law, which may include requesting your agreement to the delay or providing a refund for merchandise we cannot ship.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

ALVANDCO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Refused packages
Failure to collect a package
Restricted-access locations
Carrier disruptions

Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

You retain ownership of your original content. By voluntarily submitting content to ALVANDCO or tagging ALVANDCO for the purpose of being featured, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, resize, display, and share that content for website, social-media, and marketing purposes.

Contact us if you wish to request that we stop using customer-submitted content. Removal may not be possible from materials already printed, distributed, or lawfully archived.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits or penalizes an honest customer review or lawful statement about your experience.
